Sonos App is Freezing

I’m having a problem with my android sonos app. This is the second time in the past 2 weeks (see image). I currently use spotify to play music with my two speakers. Play:1 & Play:3
None of the options you see work for me. I have to uninstall the app, reboot my phone and reinstall my sonos app for it to go back to normal. Can anyone tell me why this happening and how to prevent this from happening again?

Mystery solved.
My Sonos speaker was connected to my outlet that’s also connects to my hue lights. When I accidentally shut off my lights by using the light switch on the wall (like we did in the olden days) and not my app. It inhibits the Sonos app.
Heh. Wish I had a nickel for every time I've done something like that. I'd be much richer.
