I recently re-installed the Sonos App, and Trend gave a warning and blocked it due to ransom were c:\programdata\sonos,_inc\runtime\sonoslaunchutility.exe

The best would be to uninstall and download a fresh version from our Sonos support site.

Thank you, downloaded the app. from the Sonos site, and it appears to be working well. I thought that my virus software may have mis-identified the app as ransom ware
