Sonos Amp Sub Calibration Menu not working?

I have just set up a new Amp in my great room. It powers 3 pairs of speakers through an impedance matching distribution system with separate volume controls. I have also ran the Amp’s sub out to 3 powered subs in the same room. This room also has a Playbar, Sub, and 2 Play 3s as a TV surround set up. I use the Amp for music mainly and occasionally group them both together for big sound. 
 

The new Amp settings menu has a “calibrate sub” feature to, I assume, adjust phase by comparing A to B test tones etc. I see the widget but it won’t start. Any ideas or success from anyone?

That section relates to a Sonos Sub, if one is present.
