I have 2 phones in my hands, both connect to my home wi-if. My iPhone connects to Sonos just fine. My Samsung will not, no matter what I try. Any suggestions?

Any possibility that your Samsung phone is locked to 5G, and not the 2.4Ghz channel? There are some routers that don't pass traffic between the two channels, and your iPhone may be connected to one frequency, and the Samsung the other.
