S2 not connecting


S2 can’t connect to wifi on my iPhone XR but works fine on my iPad Pro 10.5 

what’s going on? Had this since the update

Hi Kyle, Thank you for the reply

 I didn’t do anything I just tried it again and it connected. Didn’t make any changes at all. The weird thing is I only have the issue on my iPhone XR. If it says can’t connect on my iPhone I’ll go on my iPad and it’s working. 
BTW not sure if makes a difference but it’s a playbase 

Next time it doesn’t work I’ll submit a Diagnostic from my iPhone and iPad hopefully you’ll be able to find out why.  I’m sure other people must be having the same problems

It’s working again.  

Anyone know why this is so hit and miss?

What was done for it to work?

What changes were made?
