S2 app does not connect to speakers

I just downloaded new app and it’s not connected with beam or play 1

We’d like to learn a bit more about what’s going on, what shows when you open the S2 app?

Have you tried using a different controller?

I suggest uninstalling the Sonos app from your device.

Reboot the device.

Check for device (phone) updates, then reinstall the Sonos app.

As you install the Sonos app make sure to connect with an existing system.

If the issue still persists, please submit a diagnostic report and provide us the confirmation number, this will help us identify what is causing your issue.
