problems syncing players

Hello, I have problems synchronizing my two speakers, one of them does not recognize it in the application
Does anyone know what I should do?

Hi Paprika, if one of your players isn't able to connect to your system you might need to wire it in temporarily to get it to connect.

We'd love some more details on what your setup looks like and what's happening though. Are any of your Sonos players wired in? Is this an existing setup that was working fine and one has dropped? Are the lights on the missing player flashing or indicating that it's not powered?

Feel free to submit a diagnostic from your Sonos system and reply back with your confirmation number as well.
