Problem Moving to S2 App

So I have a Play:1 and when I did the compatibility check in the S1 app it said I was good to upgrade. When the S2 app opened its says it is incompatible.  Did I miss something in my setup?

@thinkdez Sorry for the slow reply and welcome to the Sonos Community. Are you still running into this issue with your upgrade to S2? Have you confirmed that you are not using any of the products showing as S1 in our FAQ article? If you are still having the issue please follow up here with what is happening along with an updated diagnostic report number.
