Playlists wiped

my playlists were wiped out after a sonos push upgrade last night. Anyone know how to get them back or avoid this in the future

A normal update should not erase things like playlists, etc. That is normally an issue that comes from a factory reset. You can reset a single device if you have other Sonos devices on the network that will backfill the data to the reset speaker, since all of that data is stored on each speaker.

But no, there is no way to export or import that data.
