I have a 5k sq ft restaurant and I want to hang 8 Play 5’s from the ceiling and install one Playbar on one of the 12 tv’s. I want to be able to switch from tv audio to Spotify via my phone and the app. Is this feasible?

Yes, you will be able to switch from tv audio to Spotify with your phone using the Sonos app.
