Playback from iPad music library can't maintain playback buffer

I have 20 Sonos speakers. They play the input from my Connect with no issues, but playback from my music library drops out after a few seconds. I had 12 before, and this wasn't an issue until I added 8 more two days ago. I have been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and need to talk to someone immediately.
