PC Controller won't address hard drive or network drives

I'm using Windows 10 and a Netgear Nighthawk router with a USB stick as media server.
I can address the files with windows, or iOS browsing apps but for some reason SONOS app won't connect.
I keep getting this error whether I use the //Router/USB or connect to MyMusic on the C drive:

Anyone else had this problem or found a workaround?
Frustrating I now my SONOS has turned into a radio, not a media player....

Thanks Airgetlam
I'd found the SMB settings and turned them on. This fixed my invisible network drives and my ability to add music from the C Drive.
BUT I'm still getting the same errors when using a network (ReadyShare) USB.

Any more ideas why?
Resolved finally and school boy error
Mistook the user name / password as the network share user ID and not the SONOS one.
OOPS. Thanks all for the help.
Glad you figured it out, I had nothing. 😉
