New Upgrade Program = reverse 'recycling mode'?

Sonos has created a new upgrade program, with a 30 % discount on new products. It replaces the much debated and criticized 'Trade Up Program.'

My old Connect Amp is in 'Recycling Mode'. But...I would like to reverse it, and use my Connect Amp again.

I'm sure it's possible, so...when will Sonos offer the option?

Several have asked the same question and Sonos have never said that they will reverse recycle mode or that it’s even possible.  The best recommendation is to reach out to Sonos directly rather than via the community forum.
