New Controller unable to get AppleMusic playlists

Since the new controller is released, I can't access the plays lists that I added from AppleMusic. Every time I'm getting:
"We have run into a problem. Try Again"

In general, using AppleMusic with Sonos is painful since iOS 10 but I decided to keep my unit. But with this happening now, I am not doing that anymore.

I feel very sad because I like Sonos but that is deal breaker for me.

May I urge you to submit a system diagnostic, and post the number here, for the folks at Sonos to look at.
