New Android Tablet wont work with Sonos

I use the app on my 2 * Samsung Ace and Samsung Note as well as the 3 * PC app. I have just purchased a Tabtronics Quantum 7+ Jelly Bean Dual Core 8Gb tablet with 1Gb RAM, and SONOS app installs all correct, starts and then nothing just the nice blue Sonos Screen - nothing else. It is running Android 4.1.1 I did a factory reset, linked to my gmail account and then installed sonos still same problem.

Hello Gary, Some android tables will not work as the android OS is not the full version. I had the same issue with one of my tablets as well. I will open a case ticket, and contact you offline. Reply to my email and not to this thread. Your Case ticket number: 130501-000125 Thank you Max
