local playback from desktop app
is the desktop app able to play the selected music stream through the local pc/mac speakers?

Hi there, ducatimarty. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. At this time, the desktop controller is simply a controller for your Sonos system and is unable to play content through local computer speakers. I am happy to get this feature request along to the team for consideration. Thanks for the feedback and keep it coming.

Sorry to rain on your parade ducatmarty but this request has been with Sonos for a good few years aleady.
