how to set up a new play 1 to connect amp.


having trouble setting up a new play 1 to my amp after new update.

Sorry, can you be more specific. Have you managed to add the Sonos One or Play:1 (please confirm) to your system? If you select the Rooms Tab in the Sonos App, can you see both devices?
this is for a pc. I have two other play 1 already connected to my amp. trying to connect a third one but I don't see the option on my sonos app ever since the new update.

Hi there,

If you're using the PC app, the option to add new players to your system is no longer available. You can use the mobile app to add new speakers. Read more about the changes to the desktop app here.
