How do you fast forward or rewind when playing a song?

The scrub button (circled) will allow you to advance or reverse a song.
That’s the volume you’ve highlighted.
You can rewind or fast forward a track by adjusting the timeline underneath the artwork.
Doh! That’s what I get for trying to post during a Teams meeting. Fixed.
However, it only applies to some music. For instance, if your stream in use is a radio station via any of the myriad of services that provide that function, there is no rewind or fast forward.
