green light no volume sinos port


Hi, 

why no volume and a green light in my Sonos port? I searched and find it probably indicates mute and I should use my Sonos app to increase volume but how?

 

help appreciated, yours a novice in the world of Sonos

If speaker is set up, green light means volume is zero. Press the volume up button on the Speaker, or in the app move the volume slider to the right to increase the volume.
