Got a new Samsung S10 and

Hey - I’m not tech knowledgeable at ALL and got a new phone Samsung S10  and can’t get it to recognize my speakers . . . my ancient Samsung S7 worked great for playback from Spotify.


What do I need to do?

Hi Nancy

Your wi-fi router broadcasts two frequencies 2.4 GHz and 5GHz, Sonos only support 2.4 except for the new Move.  I expect that your phone is connecting to a 5 GHz frequency.  Can you tell us your router brand and model?
