Galaxy S10+ cannot connect to existing system

I have a Galaxy s10 Plus that cannot connect to an existing Sonos system. I can only control Sonos thru a hardwired desktop PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app., it just cannot find the system. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

The first thing I'd be looking at is whether or not the Galaxy s 10 Plus is connected to the wifi. And particularly, not the 5Ghz wifi, but the 2.4ghz side, since there are some routers that seem to have trouble transferring the signal from one side to the other.

What version of Android is running on your Galaxy? What happens when you download and run the app? Specifically, what is the error message?

Try turning off the "Mobile Data" on your phone and see if you can connect then.
