submit diagnostic & create ticket

In the app, if you submit a diagnostic report, it should ask you if you want to also create a support ticket. I usually do one after the other anyways.

Hi there, Chemdream. I am happy to tag this topic as a request and forward it along to the team for visibility. In some cases, diagnostic reports are used as a troubleshooting tool and a feature like this could remove some steps for the user.

Even if the create ticket option can't be done a more clear warning that the user must provide the number to Sonos support to get help would be good.
