Question

Error adding music


Just bought a Sonos (2 zone - play 5 and Connect). All going well until I tried to add music folders. I get an error message saying "Sonos was unable to add the music folder. reason: The computer xxx cannot be found".

this error message is usually caused by a firewall. 

What firewall software are you running on your PC ?

I am running F-Secure Internet security, which I think now uses Windows Firewall. I have configured Windows Firewall in accordance with your FAQ's above ans also amended F-Secure, but still no luck. Regards 230296
