Error 9 code

Hi,

I have just de registered myself from the beta program.
I am now getting a error 9 code whenever I try to update.
I have set both my play 1's back to factory settings and still nothing. It won't even let me add Spotify or Apple Music now.
I have a couple of nice looking doorstops though.

Can anyone please help.

In fact screw Sonos, been on hold for an hour and still no answer. I'm going to buy Bose!!!
