Error 1100

My Sonos kepts disconnecting from Spotify from all devices. From my MAC laptop it asked me to upgrade but I keep getting a Error 1100, which is not listed in the FAQ's. I can not seem to solve the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, Steve

I have the same problem. If somebody could help that would be great.
I have the same problem after installing a new wifi system. I tried to update my Sonos app on my Mac with the new wifi information only to get told to update the Sonas app. When I tried to update the app, the update fails with an error code 1100.
I had the same problem and fixed it by manually downloading and re-installing a new copy of the Mac controller app at: https://www.sonos.com/en-us/support.

I had the same issue on my Mac and the instructions above worked for me 😃
sonos has not worked in several months for me. If i try to update the app i get error code 1100. If i try to play music it says cannot find server. booting and rebooting computer and resetting sonos controller does not get you anywhere. for a consumer app this really sucks.
Have you tried the step of contacting Sonos Support to discuss it?

I suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, but they are only available Monday through Friday during business hours. Both the Twitter and Facebook support folks are available 24/7.
