I keep getting this message when I try to complete the prompted update. I’ve rebooted each speaker, Connect Amp, Bridge, modem and router. I’ve had the same setup for years and nothing has recently changed. Please help!

Hi there, jwilks. Thanks for posting and sharing your diagnostic report number. Based on the report, it seems that all devices except for Family Room Surrounds (Not Sub or Playbar) and the Louge are all still in need of an update. That being said, try removing power from these 3 units and re-attempt the update. More often than not, simplifying the Sonos system will get past most update errors.
