Have created a new folder in MyCloud and can't see how to make it 'findable' by Sono
Any help would be appreciated

You may have to share the folder on the My Cloud. But I think when I used to use a MC there was a "shared music" folder which I put all my music in. But where are you trying to find it from? It's easiest from a desktop Sonos app, which should allow you to browse for the folder and add it to your Sonos music library (which I assume is the aim here).

Thanks, the original 'Shared Music" folder worked fine but I had to delete it. Now creating a new one isn't so easy!
The original music folder on the MyCloud device was obviously already set up for sharing. I think my settings are wrong on the NAS device because it doesn't appear in the Sonos app.
I'm also pursuing this on the WD Mycloud forum.
Thanks again
