cannot access all my itunes library

I cannot access all my itunes library. I have tried renaming my computer and deleting the previous sharing but that did not fix the issue.

Hello Bill,

Are you receiving an error message when you add your Music Library, or is it adding but you're missing tracks?

If you're missing tracks, can you please check this thread for suggestions?

If you're unable to add your music library at all to your Sonos system, can you please https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/142 and reply back with your confirmation number?
