I have a Sonos Speaker which is connected on the app on my account. My parents have a Sonos Speaker downstairs which is connected to their app on their account. Is there any way that my parents can use my speaker upstairs from their device?

Not if they are on separate accounts. If you added them both to the same system/account, then they both would show up on the controller.

Do you know how I would go about adding them to the same account? If I done this, would we be able to control from different devices?

Do an "Erase data" of the speaker you wish to add to the other account. Note: This will erase all account information from the unit. You will have to re-add your accounts to the other system once the speaker is added.

Erase data

Then add the speaker to the other system.

Add Sonos product to an existing system
