App not working

Using apple iPad 11.2.6, I installed the sonos app, its asking for an update which takes me to the AppStore which takes me back to the app and so on. App Store not showing any update but app isn’t working without an update.

The Apple Appstore is prone to this. It's usually solved if you uninstall the Sonos app and download and install afresh. Make sure you select to connect to existing system NOT set up a new system.

Or were you installing afresh anyway, rather than updating?
