Another CR100 that won't connect to wired ZP80

I have searched & read several posts on this problem but it seems that there is no user employed solution. Is there anything I can do locally to fix this? Diag report : 8411751

HI there, The_Tango. Thanks for reaching out. In this case, you are correct. Does the device power on at all, or does it not connect to Sonos? If the unit does turn on but cannot connect, I'd suggest giving our support technicians a call to troubleshoot this in real time. Thanks!
