Android Phone not enabling WI FI

My Sonos was working fine, and up until recently I could access Sonos from my PC and my phone.

Now I cannot access Sonos using my phone. It is still working if I use my PC.

The phone is locked up saying ‘Enabling Wi-Fi’.

I phoned Sonos Customer services and disabled Sonos on their advice.

I did this 3 or 4 times yesterday and again today, but I still get the same message and unable to access Sonos from my phone.

What phone are you using?  Are other apps on your phone able to use wi-fi?

Yes Wi-Fi o/k with other Apps.

I can use Sonos from my PC & Tablet

Points to the phone then, can you make sure the phone is connecting on a 2.4ghz wi-fi frequency?
