Android 10.0 - Sonos app doesn't work properly

The recent Android 10.0 update seems to have broken the app. There are no rooms listed and the Now Playing screen doesn't show what is playing on the system.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but no joy.

Hi, all seems fine on my Pixel 3XL running 10, that doesn't help you, but I post it to let you know it can work.

Are you running the latest Sonos acr app? Should be 10.3.4.

Edit my app just updated to 10 3.5 hopefully the release fixes it for you.
I don’t think it’s the app the OP is talking about, since they mention “no rooms listed”. That means the app is running, but they’re not seeing the speakers.

I’d guess a duplicate IP address issue, exposed by the update.

Unplug all of your Sonos devices, then reboot your router. Once the router comes back up, plug the Sonos devices back in to the power, give them a minute to boot up, and test.
