Adding Share information
How long should 'Adding share information to a Sonos system' take? Only mines taking over 30mins so far...

Depending on the amount of tracks it could indeed take even more then 30 minutes. However in some cases the indexing process can be interrupted by broken music files as example. There is a very helpful tool for that which will scan your files for errors, it is called TrackErr.
If your system is still indexing, after one day, then this is definitely not normal. In that case please send me a diagnostic and provide me with the confirmation number.
