add album does not add tracks

I am using the sonos controller for PC on a windows 8 computer. For some months now I have noticed that if I add a whole album to an empty queue the tracklist does not display. The album appears in the now playing window and the tracks play but they are not listed in the queue. If I add another track the queue populates correctly, the problem only occurs if a single album is added to an empty queue.

Hi Andrew,

Try restarting your SONOS components if you have not done so already.

If the queue is still not populating correctly please submit a diagnostic and reply with your confirmation number.
