Sonos Boost + Fios + Updates = FIOS reboots

Every time I perform an update to my Sonos equipment, my Fios reboots - has anyone else experienced this?

There’s no valid reason for why any Sonos device could force your Fios device to reboot. I recommend you contact Verizon support for assistance.
