I am getting versions of the error below constantly with Relisten.  I have tried different songs and get the error over and over again until, suddenly they just work.  I do not have similar issues with other services and there seems to be little rhyme or reason to when it works (20% of the time maybe) or when it does not work (80%).

 

 

Possible, one doesn’t know for sure, which is why reaching out might help. 


I can do that but wifi interference seems unlikely since it's just one service. 


Have you submitted a diagnostic to Sonos, immediately after it not working, and called them? Without much data, I’m guessing some sort of wifi interference interrupting the ‘get all necessary data’ process, and it’s breaking down in the attempt.
