Hello,

 

I’ve a strange behaviour between Amazon Music and Sonos S2

I explain : I have a playlist in Amazon music, when I open this playlist through Sonos S2, it doesn’t play the title of this playlist but totally different songs !! That’s crazy !

 

Do you already have this kind of behaviour ?

What can I do to avoid it ?

I found the issue,

It seems to come from Amazon :-)


If it’s an Amazon playlist you created that simply hasn’t updated in the Sonos App music service within the Browse/Music tab… "Amazon Music/My Music/Playlists"… then try this…

Fully close the Sonos App (slide off screen), wait a minute and reopen the App and check for Sonos updates in ‘Settings/System/System Uodates’. There may not be any updates, but run the check anyway. 

Then go back to the playlist via the App ‘Browse/Music’ tab again and hopefully the playlists should now be the same. If not, then I suspect it’s actually a different playlist altogether.
