​​​​​How do i revert my app? 

The new app is abousolutely trash 

  • Everytime i open the app up, it takes longer to find my system 
  • 60% time the App cant even find my system : its the same network you stupid app, why cant you find it or why does it take so long. (this has never happened in the previous version) 
  • Trying to group stuff has become a pain. 
  • I dont see any benefit of the APP, its made my life worse ]
  • Just clunky crap 

I am completeely annoyed that this update was forced onto us, its taken my system that already had crappy issues and just made it worse. 

 

Rant over, Anyone able to advise how i can restore my old app? 

 

 

This new update is a DISASTER and a NIGHTMARE. My setup was completely fine and working perfect. Now with this new app its gone to ****. What a big disappointment.

Android: After uninstalling, I installed Sonos 16.1 from the APK Mirror site:

If you’re running the controller app on Android, you can revert easily enough to the last version of the pre-updated app.  Just research how to use APK Mirror.

If you’re using iOS, it’s more tricky but can be done.  See my post on page 38 here -
