 How much longer must we suffer?! This app is garbage!

The old app actually let you control volume with the one buttons! Amazing! 
The old app let you see what was playing on the screen! Amazing!

The new app barely functions! Unacceptable! The volume is glitchy, the interface has too many layers, the app is not intuitive, and on and on!

It’s been months and nothing has been resolved! Terrible company!

Are you on the latest app update, and presumably you’ve run the latest system update for the speakers too in the app’s settings?


FYI : If you use Norton then I would turn off auto-update as they have done ‘a Sonos’ with their latest update 


Yes, always keep updated. I wish they would make a decision and either bring back the old app or make this one work. There is noui can do to make this app work better. This is on Sonos to create an intuitive consumer friendly app.


I am using Apple products. No Norton.
