Hi all,

I'm new here, but have a fairly old setup on 3 Play 1's and a Play bar. I have recently moved house and found that I needed multiple AP's in order to get WiFi around my house and garden. I opted for an Omada system, consisting of an EAP225 (Outside) and an EAP610 inside. Both are wired to an EE router which has the WiFi turned off.

The issue I have is I can attach them all to the system, but I can't play anything other than Sonos Radio. I have a Deezer account and whilst I can see my favourite songs / playlists etc, when I press play I just get a spinning wheel of doom. I have also tried with BBC radio, and I have the same issue. It's almost as if it can't attach to the internet.

I have tried downgrading my entire system to 2.4ghz, and I have tried plugging one of the Play 1's directly into the router, and still the same result. Interestingly I tried downgrading to S1 and it did work, but one of my Play 1's won't downgrade for some reason, and after 3 hours of talking to Sonos about it I gave up on that path.

Does anyone have any advice so I can get this back up and running?
