Hi all, I recently had to reset my Sonos1 and lost my settings including my Amazon Music “skill”? I used the Sonos chat bot and it let me know I needed to go into the connected services and add it back. However, when I follow the instructions I cannot find Amazon Music in the available list. I see others streaming services like Deezer and Spotify so I assume I’m in the correct place…?

As a guess, you may need to log in to your account at www.sonos.com, and check the address for your account is correct. After resetting it, give it a ‘bit’ (my understanding is that it isn’t an immediate change, but may take time to propagate) before checking in the controller again.

In all honesty, I’d also be tempted to try a simple router reboot.
