Unable to connect my PlayBase to wifi 

working fine on Ethernet 

Tried extensive troubleshooting and factory resets to no avail

A call is going to be your best option, likely the forum support response will be to tell you to call.


Someone over on the Reddit forum had this happen (after a few years of ownership), and rang Sonos who replaced the Playbase for him so I would ring them up.
