no wifi connection on sonos one after update to 12.1 yesyerday.

Hello Sonos community,

i lost wifi connection on my Sonos one speakers after update to Sonos 12.1 yesterday. 
I have tried everything connecting them. 
my Sonos beam is not affected. 
any ideas ?

of course I hab tried resetting , router off and on, etc. Even restarting app and one speaker. 
they just don’t want to connect any more

Ok. I tried that all before. No success. Of  course connected to router the speaker connects. Wifi Connection is the problem. 
i chatted yesterday also with Sonos help support. No success. 
ok thanks. I will call Sonos Support  today after work 

The first thing I’d try is unplugging the Sonos devices from power, then rebooting the router. Once the router come back up, plug in the Sonos devices and give them a minute to boot before checking.

If that doesn’t work, I’d try wiring your Sonos to the router directly, and see if it then connects.

If those two steps fail, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available for them to assist you.
