Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB Missing Piece?
Hello,I have a Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB that I bought a year ago but haven’t used in several months. Now when I turn it on, the turntable does not spin. It seems to me like I am missing a piece that would insert into the silver wheel that then turns the clear plastic turntable. The silver wheel is spinning but is not in contact with the clear turntable so the turntable does not spin. It seems like I am missing a piece but I’m not sure and can’t seem to find a manual or anything online. Is anyone able to offer any insight? Thanks so much
Sonos One connection issue
Hi Sonos community. I have a strange issue whereby my Sonos One is clearly connected to the internet with all voice services working and music via it playing, however it does not show up on the app. It occasionally reappears but is very spotty when doing so and will present an error when trying to join speakers together. It is also not playing via Airplay, just showing up an error. This is a new issue and has always worked fine previously. I am using a Sonos Boost so to my knowledge should stop issues with WiFi interference, mesh networks connectivity etc. I have also tried all usual fixes including resetting my router, powering down speaker (will usually connect for a while then not any longer) and factory resetting the speaker and re-adding to system. Once it was added it worked ok for a small time but then took 3 occasions to set up True-Play as it kept losing connection to the speaker. Any suggestions as this is getting rather frustrating! Thanks
broken sonos one
Hello,One of our sonos one box just stopped working.We don’t know why it doens’t work anymore. We saw that the light on top of the box didn’t light up anymore and then we noticed it didn’t works. We bought the box in november 2019 at the BCC store in Veenendaal. We already went to the store but they told us they couldn’t help us because we were past the guarantee period unfortunately. Sonos PC app repeatedly loses connection with system
Both Windows 10 and 11 sonos app is repeatedly dropping connection to system and requiring restart of computer etc. This is happening in the middle of normal play and for no apparent reason. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Extremely annoying.
Sonos Turntable Through Connect Skips/Pauses
So I have my new Sonos/Pro-Ject Debut Carbon turntable set up through Connect. Line -In Autoplay set to play when the needle drops, to the correct room, etc. My problem is, sometimes Autoplay doesn’t Autoplay. There is no sound coming through speakers. I have to push Play/Pause on the Connect and then I hear.Also, sometimes when all is good and I group rooms, it goes back to silent and I have to push Play/Pause again to get sound.Play/Pause is not a button I use or want to use. It’s just the only thing that fixes this.Any idea why I’m getting the silence? Is something triggering pause? Why doesn’t Autoplay work all the time? I’m also getting slips in the grouped rooms. Any advice on this?Why can’t this just work? Is Connect just too old a technology?Thanks guys.
How to use TV as a hub
My equipment: Philips Television 32PFL7486H/12 with Sonos Gen2 Soundbar and Dual 491 pick-up with integrated amplifier (RIAA correction) and analog RCA connections.Sonos is connected to TV with HDMI (Arc).My question is: How can I use The soundbar to play the music coming from the Dual record player?The TV has no seperate anlog input. It only has VGA or DVI connections. The scart connection is used for our CD player.Is a converter available on the market to support only analog input on a VGA or DVI connection?
My Sonos Amp can't be switched on
My Sonos Amp was working perfectly fine just the day before but now it does not have any light. I’ve tried various solutions (as well as the ones listed here) as well as the Sonos Assistant bot but to no avail.My amp is relatively new, bought less than 2 years ago - is this the regular life cycle of a Sonos product?
Room not playing by itself
Hi, I have some Sonos Play:1. One in the kitchen and another (two in stereo mode) in the living room. When I play or pause in kitchen, the living room starts playing or pause too, but they aren’t grouped. In this case each room with its own music using Spotify.The opposite does not happen, the living room players do not interfere in kitchen player. It seems a bug. How can I fix this?
Volume lowering on IOS Sonos App and Connection to Spotify lost
Our Sonos system lowers its volume level contantly - not great in a 3 floor venue.We also have gaps in our music as an error comes up contantly saying the song cannot be played as the connection to Spotify has been lost. I have submitted a diagnostic - 1224513342

Hi, I have recently upgraded the SONOS app and added Amazon music, after a day the sound on one sonos one speaker (there are 5) is poor, sounding very muffled. I am about to add a Sonos port to the system, but I’d rather clear the sound issue, assuming I can before I add it. I have read other posts about similar issues but very few show a resolution, any advice ?CheersJohn
loss of audio between tv, playbar and amp
Setup. samsung TV connected via optical to playbar. playbar connected to wifiplaybar grouped with sonos new amp which runs two ceiling speakers and a non sonos amp to provide pseudo surround sound. When I play the tv all audio works fine however frequently the audio on the amp cuts out for several seconds and sometimes longer. I have tried setting up the amp as the rear surround speakers but then I cannot use the non sonos amp I need to understand why audio from the tv to the playbar (via optical cable) keeps losing connection to the amp Diagnostics number 1336846924

I have two playbars (amongst other units) that both show up in Sonos app that work fine. However, when I log into my account on Sonos.com only one of them show up. All of my other equipment, Move, Roam, Amp x 2, Connect x 2, Sub, and Boost all show up. Anyone know why my 2nd Playbar doesn’t and how to get it to appear?
