What is the warranty on Sonos equipment? One of my play ones has died

Hi, Sonos players come with a one year warranty when purchased through an authorized retailer. If you need a hand it's easiest to give us a call on our support line to identify if there's a hardware issue and find out all the options available for replacement.

I'd assume so, it would be with almost every company I've ever heard of. But it only costs you time to actually call in and talk to Sonos to see if there's something that can be done.

I assume the warranty is void if you buy it from someone via a yard sale type of app?
