Unplugged Play5 and replugged but it will not recognize it

I unplugged the Plays 5 which has worked well for a month. Plug back in and I go through to hook up and it is hooked up but does not show in my system. I have two more Play 1s and they both work. The 5 never shows. I sent diagnostics with a control number of 6671187. Please help.

perhaps you have created an ip address conflict? try power cycling everything to refresh all your ip addresses?
