Unable to install new Sound bar - NETWORK PROBLEM

I am trying to install a new Sound bar on my system.
I cannot get past a message "Network Problem" Please check internet ........ etc.

My internet is fine, my user name and password are fine.

All my other Sonos products work fine

Temporarily bring one of your working Sonos players to the router and wire it in to an ethernet port.

Reboot your router.

While the player is wired to the router, try to add the Playbar once again. If you get it added, you can then unwire the temporarily connected Sonos player from the router and bring it back to its original location.
