Subwoofer Connected but not working

After working fine for a couple of months, my sub stopped working. I have reconfigured it to the router and the white light is on showing that it is connected to my Beam. Not sure what to do here, it is not a signal strength issue. Ran diagnostics and sent in #2018153387. Thanks in advance for the help....

Have you power cycled it?

I had an issue recently where my SUB stopped working, despite having an assigned IP address in my router’s DHCP table. It just showed up as a ? In the room description for the PLAYBAR. I unplugged it for 2 minutes, then plugged it back in, forcing it to reboot all internal systems, and it connected back up without issue.
