Need help setting up my Sonos in the office. Everything says connected but when I open my Sonos app the "Sorry can't connect to Sonos" error message pops up

What 'says connected'? Clearly the Sonos controller app isn't.

How is the Sonos connected anyhow? 'Standard Setup' using the office WiFi, or 'BOOST Setup' with one or more units wired?
